Transportation Requests Fall 2024
****PLEASE READ CAREFULLY if your student is a bus rider**The routes are based on who rode last year.
If nothing changed no action is needed. Change from elementary to junior high or junior high to high school doesn't require a form to be completed.
1. If a student rode last year and will not be riding this year, please complete the form to let us know.
2. If your student has changes in pick up or drop off from last year, please complete the form.
3. All students that will be riding to any address other than their home address, please complete the form for those additional addresses
