The District reserves the right to remove comments that are racist, sexist, abusive, profane, violent, obscene, spam, contain falsehoods, or are wildly off-topic, or that libel, incite, threaten or make ad hominem attacks on students, employees, guests or other individuals. This event is intended for juniors, seniors and their parents, and may be particularly valuable for first generation college going students. All who are interested are welcome to attend. AHS Counselor Robyn Miller will discuss options to help families pay for higher education and how to choose a college that is a good match for your student. "Scholarships give our families’ access to education and training that can lead to quality careers for students, without the burden of future repayment", said Miller, “Finding the right institution and environment to learn at is also very important for a successful post-secondary experience.” This event will last about 45 minutes to an hour.
