APS offers Chromebook Accidental Damage Insurance on an annual basis. It will run yearly from time of purchase until June 30th of the school year.
Open enrollment for Chromebook insurance is from July 1st to September 30th each school year. After the open enrollment period, insurance purchases may require a device inspection before protection starts.
If you had 'legacy insurance' (which is any Chromebook insurance purchased before July 1st, 2024) and have used both of the legacy insurance 'claims' - you have no current protection. This is a perfect opportunity for you to start protecting your student's device again. We will honor all remaining claims on legacy insurance.
